Product Description

Shopware 5 EVO E-PAY Payment Extension supports the Hidden Authorisation. The Hidden Authorisation gives you the advantage that customers no longer have to leave your shop in order to enter their credit card data. The processing occurs unnoticed in the background between Shopware 5 and EVO E-PAY . No credit card data is saved. Requires PCI DSS SAQ A-EP Certification. In addition to Hidden Authorization, other authorization methods that are fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Page, Widget, Iframe, etc.) are also supported. Make use of the EVO E-PAY potential in your Shopware 5 shop. Your customers profit from numerous national and international payment methods.In addition to credit cards the payment portfolio also includes debit cards, eWallets and online wire transfers. In order to ensure a PCI-compliant processing of your payments you can either use a form based handling or alternatively a payment page embedded into your shop.

The Shopware 5 cartridge supports authorisations, capturings, cancellations and refunds. Payments are easily and efficiently edited within the administration interface of the shop. Logging into the back-end of EVO E-PAY is no longer necessary. Further information on the transaction management can be found under point Payment Processing.

The integrated Token System guarantees a safe and simple way to PCI-compliantly save credit card data for later usage. Your customers can therefore comfortably use their credit card without having to re-enter the necessary data.

The Shopware 5 EVO E-PAY Payment Extension supports the authorisation method Payment Page. With Payment Page, the completion of payment occurs on the redirected Payment Page of EVO E-PAY (with an integrated mobile dection). This authorization method is fully PCI DSS SAQ A compliant.

One contract, several shops? With the Shopware 5 EVO E-PAY payment module you can operate several shops at the same time with just one contract. You merely need a EVO E-PAY contract plus the matching Multishop module and already you can process all transactions via the same account.

We differentiate between two versions:

Standard

The standard version of the module contains the following functions:

All credit and debit cards, MasterPass and direct debit are supported including extensive possibilities for fraud protections
Support of all authorisation methods (Hidden, inFrame, Payment Page, Server for selected payment methods)
Transaction management directly from within the shop (capturing, refunds and cancellations)

Professional

The professional version of the module contains all the standard features including following functions:

In order to guarantee the security, functionality and compatibility of the payment processing we continually release updates and upgrades. You are granted access to the latest versions during 12 months after purchase. In case you encounter problems with the integration or with the running system, we offer you support by phone or e-mail. Optionally, you can also use the installation service of customweb ltd (entire configuration of the module in the shop as well as with EVO E-PAY ). This service can also be ordered at later date.

After having confirmed the order the customer is transferred to the Payment Page of the PSP where he then enters the payment data. Once the payment has been effected, the customer is redirected to the merchant page.

Difference to Dynamic Template: The customer clearly sees that he has left the merchants website.

Difference to Hidden Authorisation: The customer is transferred to the PSP to enter his payment data in comparison to entering it in the shop.

Alias Manager / Token System

The customer's credit card data is saved during the payment process in the PSPs database. The storage occurs with the PSP and is therefore fully PCI compliant. An alias is created for the credit card data which can then be retrieved during the next purchase. Through this, the customer does not have to enter his credit card data again.

Cancellation

Payments can be cancelled directly from the shop. This means that the merchant does not have to log into the payment gateway in order to edit payments but can handle them directly via the shop-system.
